- Is the hostel in the city centre?
- Yes, the hostel is situated right in the city centre a close walk to all shopping areas as well as the liveliest nightlife areas.
- Is breakfast included in the price?
- Yes, we provide tea/coffee and toast all day long for all of our guests for free – kind of an all day mini breakfast. Guests can also avail of our self catering kitchen to cook for themselves.
- Is linen included?
- Yes, all bed linen is included. Guests are advised to bring their own towels but we do have towels to rent for a nominal fee if you forget to bring one. Towels are included in the price of our private rooms only.
- Are any bedrooms ensuite?
- Yes, Hilton Chambers provides both standard and en-suite rooms.
- Are safekeeping facilities are provided?
- Yes, we provide safekeeping for small items at reception and recommend that guests avail of this facility as the hostel cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or stolen.
- Are left-luggage facilities provided?
- Yes, we provide a secure baggage room by our reception that is accessible all day.
- What are the check in and check out times?
- Guest can check in at any time after 14.00hrs and they must check out before 11.00hrs.
- Does the hostel have a curfew?
- No, there is no curfew at Hilton Chambers. Reception is staffed 24 hours a day.
- Is there a lock out?
- No, once checked in guests have access to their room 24 hours a day.
- What methods of payment are accepted?
- We accept cash, credit cards (Mastercard and Visa) and travellers cheques only. When making a reservation either a deposit or credit card number is required to guarantee the reservation.
- Do I have to be a member?
- There is no membership fee involved as we are an independently owned hostel. To stay at The Hatters all you require is current photo identification.
- What is your cancellation policy?
- For individual reservations the cancellation policy is 24 hours. For groups we require the first nights accommodation paid as (non-refundable) deposit. Any group cancellations must be made in writing (email or post) 14 days prior to the booked arrival date. Cancellations made after this date will forfeit 100% of the deposit.
